Riyadh, August 16, 2026 – Kernel, a subsidiary of Falak Holding, and Mudar Technology Solutions “Mudar” have entered into a strategic partnership and investment agreement to develop a new generation of AI-powered property technology solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of real estate unit management and operations and enhancing the beneficiary experience.
The agreement was signed by Abdullah Alghwairi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kernel, and Abdullah Almahous, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mudar Technology Solutions.
The agreement marks the next phase of Kernel’s growth following Falak Holding’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company.
